Privacy policy
Alfred is a personal planning assistant operated by Vinayak Verma. This policy describes the Google connection and the associated personal installation.
Data accessed and purpose
With permission, Alfred accesses Google account identity and calendar data, including event titles, times, descriptions and identifiers. It reads commitments to help plan work and creates, updates or removes calendar blocks when instructed or when a proposed schedule is approved.
Storage and processing
OAuth credentials and planning records are stored on the operator’s Hermes server. Tasks are synchronized through the operator’s Mindwtr installation. Relevant task or calendar context may be processed by the AI providers configured for the assistant to fulfill the operator’s requests. Calendar content is not published on this website.
Google provides the Calendar API. Cloudflare provides HTTPS delivery for this public website and the Mindwtr sync endpoint and may process normal network metadata. The public website does not request Google credentials and contains no analytics or advertising scripts.
Use of Google user data
Google user data is used to provide the requested personal planning features. It is not sold or used for advertising. Alfred’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Retention and control
Credentials are retained while the connection is enabled. Planning records and backups remain until the operator removes them. Revoke Alfred’s access through Google Account connections to stop future access. Revocation does not automatically erase local records or calendar events already created. Contact the operator to request removal of stored credentials, planning data and associated backups.
